I daresay it's no one we know, or ever will, most likely. That weapon (scroll?) is unfamiliar. Hard to distinguish hair from clothes...oh, spoon, he/she could just be wearing a glowstick for all we know, and have normal, non-glowy eyes.

It's Cheese! Yes, a pile of evil cheese, accidentally given sentience by the bunglng "watermelon" student, Cheese goes mad after too many non-Cheese people try to eat it (or add it to other dishes, and then eat it). Using it's evil powers, it creates an army of evil sentient foodstuff to take over the world. The only person who can stop it is the Mystical Chef of Prophesy, but first, he has to find the legendary MagiToaster.

That would put a serious strain on Ardam the Light Blue. He's trying very hard not to have a problem with that sort of thing, but old habits die hard and who's to say he'll ever come to fully accept it.
