So really, Evil University should be destroyed by someone evil?

RE: Hey, it's Epilogue, not Ending - masamunemaniac - 08-22-2006 03:28 PM

Oh, that's a great idea. Tomorrow, when I read the newspaper, I'll look out for any articles on murders/assault and the like. I'll find out who the culprit is, find out where they live and everything, go to their hometown... and burn down their school and everyone inside it.

You f*%king psycho!!

If you name a school 'Evil', you've gotta assume psycho leftwing heroes are going to come blow you the **** up. We call it 'Death star' syndrome.

Didn't Khrima destroy the chemistry department, anyway?

Found the New Evilâ„¢

Except shaven tells me the eyes are the wrong colour DAMN MY COLOURBLINDNESS!

Come on, it's Evil U. You can't tell me they're not prepared for that.
Besides, he once mutated university hall into a giant tentacled monster. You think they would just leave the monster lying around? No, they'd fix it. Again.

How do you dredge these comics up, shaven? I'd never remember about 'em. >_>

RE: Hey, it's Epilogue, not Ending - shaventalz - 08-22-2006 04:42 PM

Read the archives through too much, chat with E-Mouse for too long trying to iron out the plot, and have access to the ADV Index.

In other, simpler words: he's obsessed past the point of ADV dementia.

RE: Hey, it's Epilogue, not Ending - E-mouse - 08-22-2006 06:51 PM

Actually, he has to have such resources since he's El Prezidentio of the ADVRPG.

I'm just lazy about using them.

RE: Hey, it's Epilogue, not Ending - Shadowhunter - 08-22-2006 06:53 PM

Well, I'm an assistant, and I don't know it...>_>

RE: Hey, it's Epilogue, not Ending - Flipkat - 08-22-2006 08:59 PM

I assume evil chemistry departments are like the Tokyo Tower; there's always a spare on hand.

RE: Hey, it's Epilogue, not Ending - masamunemaniac - 08-23-2006 07:36 AM

I knew about that ADV Index. And other people do too, someone (Hello?) posted the link in an edit summary.

I've got a spreadsheet of all the CMC card art (from comics) links too for even further resoursage. It's linked to on the cardart template thingy if you're interested in it (although that adv index is muc hbetter and stuff).

RE: Hey, it's Epilogue, not Ending - shaventalz - 08-23-2006 10:33 AM

It is really useful. I just wish Jurjy would update it again.

RE: Hey, it's Epilogue, not Ending - Shinuzzo - 08-23-2006 11:41 AM

That and if they destroyed the academy, heroes would be eventually out of work and have to get menial jobs.

RE: Hey, it's Epilogue, not Ending - masamunemaniac - 08-23-2006 04:48 PM

Or they'd just be facing uneducated villains.

RE: Hey, it's Epilogue, not Ending - shaventalz - 08-23-2006 05:14 PM

And who really wants to fight hoards of barbarians? They just don't have the charm of a mad scientist, and can they really keep control of whatever they just conquered? I don't think so.

RE: Hey, it's Epilogue, not Ending - TheTubstar - 08-23-2006 05:15 PM

So THAT'S why most of the villians in Antihero For Hire are really stupid! Icon_razz

RE: Hey, it's Epilogue, not Ending - shaventalz - 08-23-2006 05:19 PM

It's obvious Dr. N's had some higher edumacation, but the rest could be poster children of what happens if you disband Evil U.

RE: Hey, it's Epilogue, not Ending - Flipkat - 08-23-2006 06:00 PM

So, in short, it's a bad idea because the heroes need the money.
Also, if you don't keep the heroes busy, they'll be just as bad as the villains, or worse; at least villains don't typically go door-to-door stealing stuff.
