RE: Hey, it's Epilogue, not Ending - Shinuzzo - 08-25-2006 03:35 AM Something like an odd cross between Xenogears, Shadow the Hedgehog, Dirge of Cerebus, and Devil May Cry? RE: Hey, it's Epilogue, not Ending - Lord Petrus - 08-25-2006 04:03 AM "Soon, he was elected king of Chooktown. There is two reasons that doesn't make sense, but they did it anyway". It's odd to elect a king, despite George Lucas opinion, but what is the second reason? RE: Hey, it's Epilogue, not Ending - Sekele - 08-25-2006 04:06 AM Ardam the LightBlue and Choockmare whould actually meke excelent cards who knows, maeby they will be the hidden characters in the next game (which are really hard to get and nobody plays them anyway) RE: Hey, it's Epilogue, not Ending - Sekele - 08-25-2006 04:08 AM Lord Petrus Wrote:"Soon, he was elected king of Chooktown. "King of the town" wouldn't be that strange. RE: Hey, it's Epilogue, not Ending - *NightWind* - 08-25-2006 05:46 AM There's also King of the mountain. Note 'mountain' as in the figure of speech. I never seen King of the Hill because it just doesn't look right. And then there's Donut King. RE: Hey, it's Epilogue, not Ending - Lord Petrus - 08-25-2006 06:35 AM All that I say is that if the kingdom of Chookie's kind is limited to Chooktown, it for once would make sense that Chooktown had a king. The principauty of Monaco has an area of 1.95 square kilometers, and is only the second-smallest independent country. RE: Hey, it's Epilogue, not Ending - shaventalz - 08-25-2006 07:06 AM Okay, that was both funny and profoundly disturbing. Excellent work! I'm guessing he leveled up a bit, though. RE: Hey, it's Epilogue, not Ending - Shadowhunter - 08-25-2006 07:28 AM * Shadowhunter dies laughing. Oh, that is one freaky Chookie! Wow - I used to think that it would be a much bigger place. Though allthe bends and curves, it's still plausible. And if Monaco is the second smallest independent contry, then which is the first? RE: Hey, it's Epilogue, not Ending - akujin - 08-25-2006 09:27 AM ..It looks like one of the thingies sticking out of Chookie's head snapped off or something. o_O RE: Hey, it's Epilogue, not Ending - shaventalz - 08-25-2006 10:12 AM *NightWind* Wrote:And if Monaco is the second smallest independent contry, then which is the first?Probably the Vatican. Akukintails: Yeah, that's what tends to happen when you tear through demonic hoards armed with only a couple guns and cuteness. On a side note: he was a greater hero even than Chook Xao? RE: Hey, it's Epilogue, not Ending - Caswin - 08-25-2006 10:30 AM Well, that was disturbing! RE: Hey, it's Epilogue, not Ending - webrunner - 08-25-2006 11:01 AM Chook Xao was a hero from the time that you only had to go on one quest to be a hero - slay a dragon, save a villiage, etc. Chookie is associated with the main characters who did pretty much all of the things heroes can do over and over again, whether he was actually involved in the events or not, he 'offically' 'helped' On another note: I was going to give him a motorcycle in the comic but I couldnt fit it in 6 panels. consider it canon that chookmare has one. RE: Hey, it's Epilogue, not Ending - TheTubstar - 08-25-2006 11:08 AM What's the chances that the bike DOESN'T have some cutesy name like the pistols?? RE: Hey, it's Epilogue, not Ending - Milo - 08-25-2006 11:59 AM Lord Petrus Wrote:It's odd to elect a king, despite George Lucas opinion, but what is the second reason?Perhaps that having saved the world from evil by glorious combat does not automatically qualify one for politics? I'm pretty surprised Chookie actually ended up good at politics. I'd have expected him to be more like "This kingdom needs more pie!". RE: Hey, it's Epilogue, not Ending - masamunemaniac - 08-25-2006 12:00 PM I have to agree that this was the best epilogue to date! Oh, and just by-the-way, (seeing as the second of two reasons hasn't yet been guessed) is Chookie a male? It seems to be generally accepted that Chookie is male, but I don't recall Chookie ever actually being referred to as a him or her. RE: Hey, it's Epilogue, not Ending - Milo - 08-25-2006 12:10 PM "Soon, he was elected king of Chooktown." "Soon, she was elected queen of Chooktown." Spot the difference. Magnifying glasses are available at the counter. RE: Hey, it's Epilogue, not Ending - masamunemaniac - 08-25-2006 01:21 PM The narrator could have made a mistake. And electing a female as king could be a one of the two things wrong with that. Oh wait, towns don't have kings, and you don't elect kings either. But still, the narrator could be wrong. Has Chookie ever mentioned their own gender hmm? Oh wait the 2nd, both of those points have already been mentioned. RE: Hey, it's Epilogue, not Ending - Terra - 08-25-2006 04:19 PM Name one person/thing that is round and kinda furry that is female. Chookie is male........ |
