RE: Hey, it's Epilogue, not Ending - alphamai1300 - 09-01-2006 09:55 AM Something of other posts: woah, woah, woah. Where did these two have time to even get together? We just went through two relationships and only one comic even had the remote suggestion of one. Well, three more to go before we get group epilogue comics. RE: Hey, it's Epilogue, not Ending - masamunemaniac - 09-01-2006 10:35 AM Well, maybe Karn and Lumi didn't hit it off? RE: Hey, it's Epilogue, not Ending - Shinuzzo - 09-01-2006 10:43 AM Well, I guess someone has to make pots for the next generation of heroes to destroy. Oh yeah, I wonder if Lumi and Chookmare ever team-uped at any point RE: Hey, it's Epilogue, not Ending - Wanderer - 09-01-2006 06:05 PM Hmmm... so that would make Lumi the "we really wanted to have someone who did this in the game, but we didn't want to add another character" character. RE: Hey, it's Epilogue, not Ending - Chris B - 09-02-2006 12:49 AM You'd think they would end up a couple, considering how Karn reacted when Garshask kidnapped Lumi. But you have to wonder, would he have reacted any differently if it had been, say, Drecker? RE: Hey, it's Epilogue, not Ending - chaosgirl - 09-02-2006 01:46 AM Well, Drecker has proven that he's pretty capable on his own, so Karn probably wouldn't be too worried...on the other hand, he might be extremely worried about what Karashi would do to him if he didn't help Drecker... I'd also like to say, WOW!! Lumi sure did a lot AFTER the actual final battle took place...and, her banner does say love interest, so maybe that's a sign ^^ RE: Hey, it's Epilogue, not Ending - Sekele - 09-02-2006 01:54 AM Or it is a jocke, since I really dont see any other reason for her being in the party (maeby except for tha talisman, but even a NPC could do that) RE: Hey, it's Epilogue, not Ending - alphamai1300 - 09-02-2006 02:09 AM There's plenty of token party members. But at least she served as a healer, since Ardam can't do both heal and attack in one turn, barring double magic. And I-Angel. And that Karn-Ardam quick turn thingamajig. And....well spoon, I guess he could. Something else that popped to mind. Why is spoon an acceptable curse word, yet all the other words were censored? I mean, even Eternion broke that rule, rather spectacularly. And doesn't the Messengite church know that their Messenger is 'dead?' And why do I realize while I'm typing this the religious connotation of a dead messenger and yet not deleting this question? RE: Hey, it's Epilogue, not Ending - Shadowhunter - 09-02-2006 08:41 AM Well, they probably have a resident summoner to call up Infinel for advice. Or perhaps the grove with the I-Armor is now a regular pilgrimage site? RE: Hey, it's Epilogue, not Ending - shaventalz - 09-02-2006 09:12 AM Can't be that much of a pilgrimage site. Remember - only ONE may pass through the gates of Vine Forest. RE: Hey, it's Epilogue, not Ending - TheTubstar - 09-02-2006 09:18 AM I'm going to go off on a tangent here: does the guy on purple(?) on the stage with Lumi look mysteriously like Wizard to anyone else, or is it just me?? RE: Hey, it's Epilogue, not Ending - webrunner - 09-02-2006 11:09 AM the religion is probably going to overgo a major (but slow, since it's a religion) change considering that they CAN call Infinel up to talk, the golden armor has been found, and Eternion has been destroyed. I kind of wanted to show that in Lumi's epilogue - her becoming a new beacon for the church and re-writing much of the ancient texts- but I felt that would be too dry and too much like the other "new generation" epilogues. I may mention it if I do a panel for the church or for Lucinda. The guy on stage is not argent but there are clues to who he is. Four and a half points to the first person to correctly state what the play is based on though. RE: Hey, it's Epilogue, not Ending - ChrisAsmadi - 09-02-2006 11:23 AM "There are Many Guards in the Castle" - The Play? Or... Antihero for Hire - The Play? RE: Hey, it's Epilogue, not Ending - E-mouse - 09-02-2006 11:27 AM There aren't many hints given about the play, but I'll skim through the archives in search of the other actor's identity! And the 'he' part rules out that woman that wasn't worried about Beria sinking into the ocean. RE: Hey, it's Epilogue, not Ending - *NightWind* - 09-02-2006 12:14 PM Is the guy on the stage Garshask? Kemmit and Meck? Argent's son? RE: Hey, it's Epilogue, not Ending - Milo - 09-02-2006 12:18 PM Yes, I'm fairly certain the guy on the stage is Kemmit and Meck. At the same time. (Not.) RE: Hey, it's Epilogue, not Ending - E-mouse - 09-02-2006 12:24 PM I think Nightwind got it. Garshask sounds right to m... wait, doesn't he have blonde hair? REVOKED RE: Hey, it's Epilogue, not Ending - *NightWind* - 09-02-2006 12:44 PM Aw, fiddlesticks. Hmm... that only leaves Argent's son. And Rio. Anymore, and I start running out of names ^^. RE: Hey, it's Epilogue, not Ending - E-mouse - 09-02-2006 12:54 PM Maybe Dirlend. The hair's right, and his right-hand (his left) eye looks kinda weird. It's hard to see from this distance, but it sounds feasible.
