That and possibly the fact that pirates usually don't have that good mouth-hygenia...at all. I can only imagine how a pirate-dentist appointment would go...

Ninja Doctors, Ninja Dentists....yet still no Ninja Surgeon. That is what we need....such fine cuts, quick hands, and percise actions would cut recovery time down dramatically I bet!
On a side note, I have reopened the ADV archive page under my own...you can find it from my personal site (points down and left) or use this link if you're lazy...

It's coming along...I'm doing about a month's worth of comics per day.
As for the actual site archives...as old as they are, I'm sure he's forgotten about them. I'll ask him about it in the IRC room when I see him. Besides, those only hit on the main points, unlike this one, which catalogs each and every comic with an individual link.
