Though it should be noted that Khrima technically didn't die, as his "death" wasn't a cutscene death but a battle-mode one. So, there'd really be no reason for him to be reincarnated, just revived.

His 'death' wasn't even on a physical plane of existence, it looked like a battle of willpower. Which probably wouldn't result in obliteration as it appeared to do.
