I added some new plugins from http://mods.mybboard.com/
1) Automatic double-post merger.
2) Two different forum overview plugins (since there's features of both I like) - one is at the top and auto refreshes, and one is at the bottom and has some info tha.t I tested it in 1024 in the current setup (i changed some of the html in it) and it works properly.
3) Preview thread. In a forum, hover over the post hot/unread/etc icon (it's a card back in the CMC theme) and it'll give you a nice tooltip.
4) A list of activated plugins (click on lower left) strangely doesn't list itself.

The auto-refreshing overview thing is, however, still awesome.
Edit: The bottom of the forum plugin does display properly now.

(I usually scroll through the forum list watching for "new post" icons to see if there's anything I haven't read yet.) Neither contains information that greatly interests me, and the stuff in the bottom-of-forum overview seems to be the same as what can be seen at forum statistics.
EDIT: Look for a test of the double post plugin, coming soon to the test forums near you.

Observation: the main page is really big. Is it possible to collapse completely the board statistics at the bottom?
A request: Take out the confirmation page that goes with quick replies, making it quicker. (Was there a reason it wasn't done before?)

yeah the forums are slow. I dont know if it's the plugins or just the server being slow as it does sometimes. I'll leave it for now.

I don't know if it's just where I'm connecting from, but the forums worked fine before the new stuff on the main page. Now, it slowed to a crawl. My guess would be that it was indeed the new plugins you added.

Though, it may make it harder to bump some threads (at the current rate of RP, that may be desirable), but that's not a major issue. We'll manage.

I added a mod that lets people go to #cmc irc from the forum. It's in the upper right.

You have an error in your SQL syntax near 're not including e as a category, because basically, if you can't work out what ' at line 3

So yeah, anyway, while I could add every type in existence (and even make up some), it\'d only make sense to add types that have an effect on the game. That is, only types with a synergy or anti-synergy etc, just so that the Pumpkin shows up on the Category pages for deckbuilding purposes. It might mean that the Pumpkin has a few lines of categories, and might look a little silly, but I feel that the functionality and actual use would outweigh any aesthetic penalties the page might receive.' If anyone noticed stuff vanish for a while there (especially the thread overview thing), that would be my fault for whining to Webby about the subforums taking forever to load.

Randomly while at work (Internet Explorer) I get an error message popping up when I leave it on the front page, and it fails to auto-refresh. It seems half german, half geometric.

Yeah, some of the stuff was still in German (the javascript, for instance).
I fixed that, and the "Uberschist by" on the main page.
I just added a mod that allows javascript resizing of text boxes (like the reply box) if you need more room.
