Since Union already revealed that he was prepared in the case of being shot at, it's possible he could have anticipated a bomb.
Although I was still laughing for quite a while after reading that one.

So we can determine two things from todays comic:
1) Malvagia's uncle is the Dom
2) Neffy is looking for Crossroad
3) Union's somewhat Neffy's enemy
Nice plot twist. Maybe acrobatics runs in the family?
Edit: And Neffy looks quite good in the panels - considerably younger too. He sounds more schemy now as well.
I wonder if Neffy knows Union's has worked for him before...
And on a side note: I support Union more.

There's also a fourth possible point there. She claims not to have been able to kill Union. So did she forget about the bomb, or was it not lethal?
But, damn, nice plot twists. Also: Nefarious is awesome, as ever. Though eerily competent as a villain now. Next plot: Baron Diamond, please?

Still, Union lives! And he can survive bombs, at point blank. More recurring villains!
