Yeah, now that you mention it, he does. Perhaps a mix of Garshask, Argent and a slight sprinkle of Ardam? Maybe it's just the way he looks evil and cool. And the way he said "Hirelings"? So cute!
Building on Mai's comment, I have this feeling that a character in the audience will mistake him for Alphonse and he gets all mad.
Have to wonder how long his speech will be...

I'm gonna agree with Gospel, I'm pretty sure that's Not-Alphonse. Yeah, I'm giving 100% odds. Hooded Guy I'm not so sure about. He might be Shadey, but then again, he might not.
EDIT: Maybe Nefarious, but I highly doubt it.

Yeah, the armor reminded me of Garshask more than anything, although something about the face looks like Kemmit.

Green hair from Kemmit, pose from Argent, purple armor and grin from Garshask, eyepatch from the Axe and something which I can't figure out, makes me think Ardam... the clean look maybe? Or maybe it's the hair length.
