Silent alarm. You don't want your criminals running away before the authoritiesantiheroes could get there. A falling cage would still be a nice addition though. If not a crime deterrent, a way to keep those pesky kids from touching the displays.

Alone it does, but reading the comic sort of makes it flow more "normally".

Loving Shadehawk's pose and expression there - schemy with a dash of evil and flare. Personally, I could imagine someone writing a fanfic with Shadehawk as the ultimate villain.
