Yay for devious plots being ruined by wanton violence.

RE: interlude phase: iron fists - Aegof - 02-27-2009 02:05 AM

Mighty stupid.

I like beard dude.

RE: interlude phase: iron fists - Haplo_64 - 02-27-2009 06:13 AM

He is mightily pissed off. I don't believe I've ever seen so much swearing in AFH yet.

So, umm... robot builder wanted to sell robots to terrorists, robot pilot didn't approve of the plan and ratted him out? Or something?

Oh, so I'm not the only one who doesn't really have a clue what's going on then?

RE: interlude phase: iron fists - Darg - 02-27-2009 07:23 PM

I think the bearded guy is actually an alien spy and is trying to steal all of Canyada's secret plot. And their schemes.
The general guy is a secret Space Marine cowboy planted there from the future by the future Canyadan government. Yeah, see, in the future when utopia is achieved, the governments of the world have nothing left to do but collectively contemplate their own bellybuttons. So, the Canyadan government decided to test that old myth that a billion gene-spliced monkeys typing on a billion holographic typewriters could eventually write Spearemint, but they didn't. Instead, the monkeys warned that aliens had secretly landed in Canyada to steal their secrets, but it was a Canyada of the past!
So the Canyadan government sent their super-soldier agent Mr. Honeybuns into the past to stop the aliens by observing the weapons test and exposing their operative. Dr. Ah wasn't actually supposed to be there, but Mr. Honeybuns sneezed - in the past! - and that sneeze altered the fabric of clocks in the Butterfingers Effect and made it so Dr. Ah showed up in one of the Titanic's missing lifeboats from the dark side of the moon where he was living in exile.
Now Dr. Ah is there and Mr. Honeybons has to send him back into exile while stopping the alien spy from getting away with Canyada's secret cracked pottery recipes.

Now it.. ah.. makes a lot more sense.

RE: interlude phase: iron fists - *NightWind* - 02-28-2009 01:03 AM

*happily roasts Darg-flavoured babelfish*

RE: interlude phase: iron fists - Haplo_64 - 02-28-2009 05:47 AM

I'd love to see that in comic form.

There ya go.

Well, not that it is a comic, but you can use it as a postcard. ^_^

I'm sorry ... that wasn't what I meant to do. Does it hurt?

RE: interlude phase: iron fists - Aegof - 03-02-2009 01:30 AM

Ooh, a new character!

RE: interlude phase: iron fists - *NightWind* - 03-02-2009 03:39 AM

Yaaay! Shadehawk's back!

RE: interlude phase: iron fists - masamunemaniac - 03-02-2009 06:28 AM

It'd be pretty awesome if the phase basically ended in Shadehawk hijacking the mecha for use against either Teracorp or Wizard... but not too likely.

Things are beginning to make sense at last.

RE: interlude phase: iron fists - Zemyla - 03-02-2009 07:36 AM

"They call me Shadehawk, because that's what I tell them my name is."

Best introduction in recent memory.

RE: interlude phase: iron fists - Haplo_64 - 03-02-2009 07:39 AM

When did he learn to pilot a highly advanced mecha unit?

RE: interlude phase: iron fists - *NightWind* - 03-02-2009 08:27 AM

Wrench taught him. Or more like instructed him.

Wrench: "Now move your finger to the right and press the green button..."

*pause*

Wrench: "No, that's the still screen. Move a bit more"

RE: interlude phase: iron fists - masamunemaniac - 03-02-2009 09:03 AM

He learnt from watching Mechazor L, and all his other favourite super robot programs.

RE: interlude phase: iron fists - Aegof - 03-06-2009 03:11 AM

Swords on giant robots. Oh right, work of fiction.
