There's no might about it NightWind, it's a BIG world out there.

Note: WHY ARE WE TALKING ABOUT INCEST IN THE AFH THREAD?

Um...um... because it would be interesting if we get to see the Sisters frolicking about and naked in one room? Icon_razz

I don't think they're genetically related. Although they were raised in the same orphanage, so their relationships are probably on the same order as adopted sisters (IE, pretty much the same as real sisters, who cares about genetics?)..

I read somewhere in a comic or the rather that an older female best friend, tried to coerce a younger female best friend into being naked in the bed with her (maybes?) and trying kissing - her excuse was to practice on a trustable female friend so she gets good at it and so she can kiss her boyfriend well, but the reason was just so that they can become lesbians.

Well Aftershock having a secret crush on Dragon is as canon as anything that doesn't actually show up in the comic itself can get.

irc Wrote:<webrunner> the thing about the aftershock comic is that i'm inclined to consider it canon, as there's no reason not to.
[TIME]
<webrunner> as for it being aftershock and dragon I've considered aftershock being infatuated with dragon canon even if it isn't explicit in the strip. although it's 'explicit' in the comic I just drew.

Also.

Called it!
...maybe.

Gased!

I wonder if the stone guy is affected by the gas. If not, he could just scoop up Shadehawk with one arm, use the other to knock out a MANTIS, and swing said MANTIS like a wet towel.

RE: Phase 10: Losing it; Chapter 1: Wrong Side of the Line - Darg - 06-19-2009 07:00 PM

Shadehawk? I'd snag one of my team-mates - preferably the most capable in helping me rescue the others from MANTIS later - than the guy I was supposed to capture (and who just called me an idiot...). But that's me. I'm not sure what motivates Stoney.
Of course, that's all probably academic since we're assuming he is immune to gas and, if so, MANTIS doesn't have something to take him down also...like a handheld jackhammer...

So that's where Waldo is! In space training his replacement. Icon_razz

Wow, I'd never expected space, and with Freeze-dude? Totally cool twist. And being in space is fun. Well, at least till you get annoyed by the guy next to you. Wonder who else is on the shuttle?

Can anyone read what the first panel says?

RE: Phase 10: Losing it; Chapter 1: Wrong Side of the Line - Haplo_64 - 06-22-2009 07:36 AM

The first half of the top line is "Hello?" and I think the last part also ends with a question to. But that's all I can make out.

I can see right away this is going to besome interesting trouble (well when isn't it?).
could there possibly be a prison planet they're heading to?

RE: Phase 10: Losing it; Chapter 1: Wrong Side of the Line - Haplo_64 - 06-22-2009 08:11 AM

Aha! I think I have most of it now,
"Hello? Anyone
In sihgoihdsoihsd?"

RE: Phase 10: Losing it; Chapter 1: Wrong Side of the Line - *NightWind* - 06-22-2009 08:52 AM

And I've got it zoomed in... yes, it's definitely "Hello, anyone?" as Haplo pointed out - GO HAPLO! ^_^

Seems to start with "tw" and has some "o"s

Who needs a planet? I'd say that there being hard vacuum immediately outside your prison is a pretty strong disincentive to try to break out.

Fly me to the moon [Shadehawk]
Let me sing among those stars [Coldular]
Let me see what spring is like [Shadehawk]
On jupiter and mars [Coldular]

*Shadehawk and Coldular dance and twirl around in zero gravity*

You used the same name in both of the ice guy's lines. Fail.

RE: Phase 10: Losing it; Chapter 1: Wrong Side of the Line - *NightWind* - 06-22-2009 09:46 AM

There were only two pointees available...

Then again, cyclic references could have worked, thus putting the whole thing on infinite! Pff... nah.

Posting Sinatra lyrics in an Antihero for Hire thread? Playing it dangerously there, NightWind...
