He's competent, but boring. To the point that most of the episodes he's in, he can be easily ignored and you wouldn't notice. His biggest plot role in the first season was in Applebuck Season, where his role in the episode's plot was to not do anything.

He was more interesting in Lesson Zero, which is so far the only episode where he was actually amusing. (Spike also had an unusually good showing in that episode. But he isn't a pony.)

Doctor Whooves is completely cannon NOLDER. All 6 of them.

There is canonically a male pony who has an hourglass as a cutie mark. (To the degree that background ponies can be considered canon - the animators often don't think very closely about applying them, leading to the same cast of background ponies appearing in every town.) He does not have any canon name or personality. Ponies with no personality are not very interesting, no matter what they look like.

If you like some particular fan personality, then you like some particular fan personality, but that has nothing to do with favorite characters from the show. There are fanfictions with completely original characters that don't appear in the show even as background characters, and those can still be good.

Also, I am not NOLDER. Or at least I wasn't last time I checked. Anyone have a mirror?

Jason Thiessen says the name "doctor whooves" is cannon.. And even if you say that, it's kind of obvious who the 6 Doctor Whooves are based on. Apparently they did the Big Lablooski too.

If you read what he actually says, it's almost certain that he just means "we're all calling them Derpy and Doctor Whooves, so that we all know who we're talking about". He uses the word "official", but not really in the sort of context/meaning that says "those are their official names".

I think I'll pick the Survival package. As tempted as I am to get art done for my nefarious mod-ly purposes, I don't think I can say no to a hand picked package of stuff that is apparently tailored to the individual requesting it. Especially since I need SOMETHING to protect me from the deadly combination of chainsaws, raptors, and jousting.

Do you guys still have my address or should I send it again?

My educated guess at what you will receive:

• A download code for 'Break Stuff' by Limp Bizkit (inscribed onto a piece of bark that has been chainsawed by an actual Canadian^*)
• A glass of water with special Ominous Shakingâ„¢ action (to warn of impending dinosaur attacks)
• A first series ROM chip for the arcade game Joust (that still retains the bug that allows for easy Pterodactyl-slaying)

^{* Canadian may be substituted with a Lumberjack of equal or greater value should the supply of non-fictitous Canadians prevent this}

Right, so now for the specifics I guess.
I want a picture of my character Keiko (geez, I just realized that I haven't drawn anything with her in ages. thouse pictures are all aincient!) doing... I don't know, I'll leave that up to you I guess.

Since web have drawn her a lot for me in the past I would ask that you do it sleepy

I was fooling around trying to sketch Keiko with new markers, discovering what does what and I'm afraid I may have goofed her face by adding colour D: Hope you don't mind. Can redraw if you do. Will show you when Web is home to help me scan :) Do you want me to email it, or can I post it to DA too? Or?

Edit: I have a picture of it I took with crappy webcam but can properly scan tonight. Let me know if I can post it publically or not.

Edit2: Masa, I'm not sure if you wanted me or Mark, or a combo? I started jotting notes, and sketching, but was going to get Mark's help.
