[bug, csc] webrunner has hidden Speed Summon

I cannot find any reference in the Wiki to Webrunner having Speed Summon, but he presently does on the beta. Could just be a hidden ability, I've never seen him hit play in OGC.

Also, the wiki says he has with no activateable ability but on the beta he doesn't have at all.

Just a hidden ability, unless I'm misremembering. The lack of is due to the new game code looking at if something has an activated ability when deciding whether to display speed; don't think I'm going to bother adding an exception for this.

The wiki specifically says the Webrunner doesn't have an ability and has just for show.

You could give it hidden " Do nothing.", or even something like " Do nothing to target non-existant entity." to prevent it from being activated, though really having a speed that doesn't mean anything is pretty silly.

Still, this is Webrunner's persona card, it seems kinda unflavorful to not have anything silly in its design

EDIT: ...For that matter, a non-hidden " Do nothing." would be pretty amusing with his flavor text, too.

At the start of the play phase five turns from now, reveal the opponent's hand
"I'll look into it"

webrunner doesn't have Speed Summon, hidden or otherwise, in OGC, so that part's still a bug that should be fixed.

Lacking an speed thing isn't really a problem though.
