[Oversight, csc] Ninja Borrower cancels her temporary stats when she targets herself

Ninja Borrower looks like it's stealing (Target's TEMP.ATK) from the target's Temp ATK and Temp LIFE values.

With Lair of Abrasis granting +13/+16 to everything for the current turn, a Ninja Borrower gave the target -13/-13 and gained +13/+13 itself. A second attempt at borrowing on that creature did not take the remaining +0/+3. When the turn ended (with a switch to Plains to make it easier to see what happened to the temp stats), the target lost its 3 remaining temp health.
   

Just to make sure, on the next turn, I Potent Injectioned a monster for +65/+0, and used Borrower's ability on it. The target got -65/-65 (K.O.ing it), and Borrower got +65/+65.
   

Also Borrower consumed no counters (though I forgot to try undizzying it when it had no counters when played, so I could check if it could use its ability with 0 counters.) I assume it's another REQ block thing?

Ninja Borrower seems to be working as intended, gaining the target's temporary stats before inflicting temporary stats opposite of the target's temporary stats, of each type separately from each other.

I will note that given how the card actually functions, if the borrower targets itself it will lose all temporary stats, whereas if the card truly stole stats, I would expect a self-target to do nothing. Might be relevant if it were receiving temporary negative stats for some reason. Might I suggest just restricting it to target "another target monster" to dodge the issue altogether.

Moving back to the beta forum to either get it "fixed" or worked around as suggested.

Also I just thought that it might be worth testing to see what happens when she tries stealing from a card when Lifebar's involved (steal from a lifebar monster, steal from a monster that's been nogged after being given temp stats, steal from a monster after being nogged herself) - but then I guess lifebar's planned for some sort of overhaul so that might not be too relevant.
