[oversight, csc] Time Waster can target Focus monsters for infinite mana

Time Waster Only Works On Dizzy Monsters

It doesn't undizzy them or anything
Just resolves and gives you infinite mana

I can't use Timewaster's ability.

Is this by any chance related to the thread directly below yours?

Yeah, I probably should have taken a quick glance at the threads before posting that. My bad.

In addition to only targeting dizzy monsters it can target (dizzy) monsters controlled by the player and the opponent

7 points to A Hurse for his report, 7 points to Kaktus for his catch as well (as these were separate issues).

Time Waster now targets only undizzy monsters, and only those undizzy monsters which you control. However, it does not notice if the targeted monster has focus; a focus monster + Time Waster presently grants infinite mana.

Add this to the big book of oversights, as this is technically how the ability should work in NGC as presently worded.
