[bug/wording, csc] Burning Energies doesn't count temp stats

Burning Energies will give a Fairy +10/15, even if a previous Burning Energies or Sudden Growth boosted its stats higher than that.

Cards that multiple stats go by the base stat, as I recall. Though Ultros didn't remember to put this in the differences of OGC and NGC thread.

It should really be written on their cards then. That's kind of confusing.

Yes, 2000 of the 1336 cards need rewords. That's being worked on.
