I could buy a sword, but then I'll have to pick between a $20 AU cheap plastic kids sword, a kitchen knife or a $300 - $500 AU 80cm Japanese sword.  And even at that price it's not sharpened (which is safer I suppose).  

We don't have that much of Anime/Japanese culture in Australia.  There's only 1 comic book shop which sells manga translated into English in the CBD.  And only 1/2 hr of anime on TV each week (now cancelled due to sport).  We are seriously deprived of anime. Me goes all whiny whiny.

I would think gold paint would suit better than gold glitter for Argent's armour, myself.

Um, yeah - it's just the last time I bought gold paint for an art project, it came out all dull - it looked more like 'scratchie gold'.

Well use real gold then. Or apply more than a single coat of paint. Just that glitter might well look a bit too... girly for Argent. Though that said nobody has a clue what gender you are.

I might be willing to switch minds with you, depending on how prevalent the "American" comics are down under. I'm frankly getting a little sick of the anime invasion here in the States.
Actually, forget the "American" comics; I'll do a mind-switch with you anyway. I just remembered the Newsboys are Aussies (as is their new guitarist Paul Colman). That alone would make a mind switch worth it.

You do have a neural interface helmet, right? Preferably Mark IV or better? I just upgraded to the Mark VIII, so anything after IV should be compatible, according to the release notes, anyway.

But then you'll miss out on all of the wonderful stuff put out by DC and Marvel! The up coming Civil War of Infinite Secret Proportions on Multiple Earths, it's 18 parts, one every three months with fifteen comics on the "road to crisis" banner that you need to read to get the story (but really have nothing to do with it anyway.)

Y'know, if you were the wind you wouldn't be posting- wind doesn't stay in one spot long enough to do much of anything.

Oh, but you see, I can concentrate myself so that I can type on a keyboard.  Sort of similar to Myriad's wind(?) powers you mentioned in your Shadowhunter story I guess.
