Riiight. I'm fine with ending it, but there's be no winner. That's ok with me if it's ok with Ultros (he can pick the next person.) However seeing as he's on vacation, I'll leave that till he returns.

Wow, Nacho and M3 are both suggesting abilities that are not likely to be easily found. In fact, I doubt anyone would ever discover Homing Satellite, though I can envision Chronos being discovered by a player that was trying to show off and got punished for it. Makes me wonder about how likely anyone is to find Deep Dive.

The other chance cards don't have evil failure costs, but a player using this one late game when losing needs some sort of added risk factor.

Unlocked: Player has done the following:
1. Cast Fortune or Bust on themselves or an opponent, and doubled their own mana or removed their opponent's mana.
2. Cast Life or Death successfully.
3. Cast Cruelty or Mercy on their own monsters and doubled attack/life, or on an enemy monster and destroyed it.
4. Cast Time Coin and had an opponent skip their turn.
5. Done none of the above with opposite results (e.g. casting Time Coin and skipping their own turn).
6. Been lucky: There is a 50% chance that even having done all this, the card won't be unlocked.
Assuming a player knows/guesses the secret (and the secret isn't that tough to guess, though testing it is very frustrating), unlocking still will only happen 3.125% of the time. I doubt a lot of this card would show up, which is good. A side benefit is that it will be a big hassle to test in a real game, which serves M3 right for having Deep Dive (when, afaik, nobody else does) because he did the testing.

To a great extent, the device can act as a counterspell or as a targeting malfunction. It can counter spells and abilities (and cannot itself be countered for fear of countering the spell or ability itself) but cannot counter counterspells. Alas, it lacks surprise value. It is useless on rows with 5 entities, which means using it to protect itself leaves only 3 slots for use as generators or whatever. A player with more mana than sense might stick two in play so that one could be used to protect the other, but this would leave only 2 slots left for use as generators or whatever. Maybe that's workable in a EY-554 Comms Satellite deck.

Unlocked: Player simultaneously controls 2 monsters with Personal Teleporters and has 2 monsters (other than the ones with teleporters) which have (invisible attack) due to Spacewarp Drive or Transporter Pad.

masa wanted a card that fit with RDL and Deep Dive. the only thing they have in common is that both are secret cards that almost no one knows how to get. a difficult unlocking condition to figure out is almost part of the competition. and masa found how to get Deep Dive fair and square. he deserves it, even if it is cheep. also, masa, you have any limitations on the number of these things we should make, like Andriex did?

Unlock: Your opponent must skip ten turns in one game due to cards you control.  You must have a Cosmic Rift in play for every one of those turns, and still on the field when the game ends.  In addition, you do not unlock this card if you are made to skip even one turn by any card's effect.

Essentially, it resets everything but Lifepoints, Location and Obliterated cards.  Knowing my luck, I've probably forgotten something in it, though.
