Howard vs. Ardam: Heaven or Hell

In a not-so-distant alternate universe, I would've implemented the same balance two days later after everyone consented to the new idea. Not sure whether alternate universe balancing is allowed though - we never did decide in that thread on how to define consensus.

We really didn't. But we pretend we did.

As per the abuse azul pointed out, I would like to see someone try to "abuse" Howard with Lifebar monsters and see how that works. If it's too good even with a cost then we might want to consider changing the ability further. If not it's a simple change to remove the cost.

This change isn't that much different balance wise I guess.
