Space Giraffe?
I think that silver was the first (and only) Dex that I actually completed. Or was it the first GBC one? Actually, I think it was. Due to the cloning of the masterball.

Thing along the lines of Giraferig.

Considering he also mentioned wings, I think he meant Giratina.

It's a space giraffe. Also, notice the neck. That guy could eat lots of leaves off of some rather tall trees with that neck.

That was a made up idea because "space giraffe" is funny. Giratina wouldn't look like a giraffe if I was on heroin.

While everything is rumor until it's actually released (*cough*duke nukem*cough*), at least there is an announcement now. Can't say I like the name of Heart / Soul though.

They haven't officially announced it, but yes, there is an announcement.

I would have really liked DuskGold and DawnSilver, but Heart and Soul could work if they do something with them. If not, I will be very... disappointed. ):

But then we have pokémon like Spiritomb, which is formed by sealing together 108 evil spirits that are over half a millenium old, wtf?

Didn't mention this before, but if I get one of the remakes, it will be Silver. Soul sounds much better then heart. Much better.

Silver is also cooler than Gold. And besides that, Gold will be more popular, ergo the Silver exclusives will be rarer (that said, the only unobtainable 4th gen pokémon to date is Celebi, so they're not really "exclusive" in any case).

I really have a feeling that Heart Gold and Soul Silver will not be the names they're released under in the US and Europe, mostly because of the sort of reaction Masa had being more common among us Western gamers. Other names will likely sell better.

Like DuskGold and DawnSilver?

How about QuickCashSilver and MoneyMakingGold?

It was never for adults.

And if it was, they were Japanese.

Pokemon are not badass. They never have been. They never were. This is a children's game. Things like "EV Points" and breeding and all those things were added NOT for adults, but for older kids, the tweens, to give them a deeper game while maintaining the property's integrity.

It's a kiddy game. With a deeper, more complex game imbedded in it because Japanese kids are smarter (IE, more obsessive) than us. You're just going to have to live with it.
