Stupid game. I get 3 Badges no problem, but as soon as I hit the next city, they force me to dress up one of my pokemon. Which would be fine, except my DS is broke, and the touch screen doesn't work right. I'm stuck without any way to continue because I can't hit the fucking "OK" button. Now I have to wait until I can borrow someone else's DS to get past it. It's a good thing I saved after getting my female Archen, so I only lost 10-20 minutes of play time.

I'm at 6 badges myself and haven't whited out once yet.

Gym leaders have been disapointingly easy so far. Hardest was the second, and even that was no match for my throh. Hopefully the E4 will be as hard as the other DS games...

I whited out on the Ground gym, because I was running with the Zebra, the second evol of the water starter and the third of the replacement for geodude. Man, I love my rock monster <3

I wanted one but I didn't feel like trading just to evolve it so I didn't catch rogginrolla or whatever it's called

I love how fast the main game moves here. I just beat the third gym and already wild Pokemon are level 25. In Gold/Silver, gym #3 leader was almost unbeatable with a level 18 Cleffary and a level 20 Milktank.

I prefer her to Cheren, who's really boring as a rival. Bianca's at least something we've never seen before as a rival.

Cheren and Bianca are both rivals, N is the *spoiler* I suppse Cheren is more of a rival and Bianca is, though, as he's doing gym challenges.

And ALL previous rivals have had ambition, we've seen it a million times. Bianca's pretty different, though, as she's not striving to get stronger like every other rival ever, she's just trying to understand pokemon better.

You just know that Bianca's going to replace Dawn as the useless obligatory female companion in the next Pokemon series. And what a fun series that will be.

I've decided not to watch it because I don't like Iris

8 gym badges and only one gave me trouble, and one was tricky but easy if I didn't screw up. Kind of dissapointing.

Oh well, on to the pain that is Victory Road, then the E4+1
