Update to 1.1.6 + INVENTORY SHOP MOD

What if deleting a post checked what forum its in, similar to the current check of "is this Spam"? If its outside of Spam, delete 10 money from the user's account. If a user is below 0, everyone can tell who's been abusing the system. Or, notify webby if the point total goes below 0 so he can do whatever he wants.

Deleting an entire thread seems to be the harder issue to deal with - do we penalize everyone for someone deleting their thread? I suggest that if deleting posts lowers the money, thread deletion should be locked until we figure out what to do.

Some other boards have extra options on the user profile screen if the viewer is a mod. What if something like that was done? Check if the group of whoever's logged in is "Ultra Moderator 9000-X!!!!!". If so, display an option to change money count for the guy you're viewing. That ought to be quite easy, since you'd have access to the info of the logged-in user.
