I feel there's no need for the 'otherwise' - after all, you can't dizzy something that's dead anyway, can you? Removing that should erase confusion as that led to people thinking it had a <6 Allying ability (wasn't just me), and also removes the brackets (it doesn't need to build character).
Anything else I've not mentioned?
