My initial impression is that this is like Chroniton Gun except it targets the player's entities instead of anyone's monsters. It does have so it can function to prevent spells and such from hitting. However, it is so very much worse than Chroniton Gun. It just begs for effect d. It is missing most of the useful stuff offered by Chroniton Gun (Token D, Mana Redistribution, reuse of into play abilities, etc.). Also, it is slower than Chroniton Gun (one cannot unzip something that was zipped at the end of the opponent's turn). I think you should drop its cost and/or make Cnt=/=0 self-undizzy.
