I'm not QUITE convinced of that yet.

We saw in the last chapter that he learned that he needed a "Simple" plan to kill shadey, and what's more simple than "Hey, come here".

If I HAD to pick what he was "meaning for", assuming it's aimed at something specific and not just a "I don't want you to get the wrong idea why I'm laughing", I would say... actually, no, that's my interpretation.
