Their suggestion doesn't use dizzying at all, so I'm not sure how (offhand) you could just add dizzy-locking onto it. But if it's worked out how, probably yeah.

While untested, I'm still thinking that it'll have the problem of revealing itself early by reducing the cost of ships already in play...

EDIT: For the same reasons as we have a 24 hour lockout at the start of the second thread, let's have the same here. Discussion plz.

Makes sense actually. You don't get the problem of waiting 4 turns to get a free Zeus, so you still pay something for the bigger ships, plus, in two turns under the vetoed suggestion, it would be -6/-6/-6, so it still works out (if not better as far as making it weaker in bringing out the big ships).

Re: Free 125/25 monsters != underpowered. With this, the card generates between 2/2 and 2.5/2.5 a turn easy, which, for a non-unique effect with face down and a sac of one more than it costs, is plenty good, if not still a tad overpowered.

This sounds just about right, it will still be a massive help to ship decks, but no more spamming of massive fleets, etc.
