Same here. At first I was like, "How much of a badass does The Crown have to be to send an entire group of villains into hiding." Then I remembered that Frostbite and Shade pretty much cleaned up with them and, considering Frosty was able to handle them, thought, "Meh, might be Baron Diamond level, maybe."
We'll have to wait and see, I suppose. If the Canadan government is sending this guy, though, he might be their equivalent to Corporal Rocket. Okay, that's still not saying much but you get my drift.
