[bug, csc] webrunner has hidden Speed Summon

I cannot find any reference in the Wiki to Webrunner having Speed Summon, but he presently does on the beta. Could just be a hidden ability, I've never seen him hit play in OGC.

Also, the wiki says he has Speed_0

with no activateable ability but on the beta he doesn't have Speed_0

at all.
