[bug, maybe csc] Scavenger Hunt Not Completing

I'm like 90% sure it just refuses to finish. Each thing seems to take two cards before it will mark that requirement as complete. Right now I've been in a game with a deck made for completing the hunt and it refuses to mark the last requirement despite drawing the card needed several times.

Also, does this card even do anything yet gamewise? I remember masa said it would eventually but at the time it did nothing and I don't remember ever reading that it was changed or fixed or whatever.
