[Oversight, csc] Temporary Character gained the incorrect number of counters

How the ability is on the card;
- At start of turn: X% chance to destroy Temporary Character where X = to counter, then gain 20 counters.

How it is coded;
- At start of turn: X% chance to destroy Temporary Character where X = to counter * 20, then gain 1 counter.
