[Bug, not CSC] Drawing a card with a "Draw a card: X" Trigger triggers instantly

Was playing with an FoL deck when I realized that some games I was starting with 2 light mana. Eventually I figured out that it was games that started with FoL that did this. Then after drawing a jillion more cards to see if it happened no matter when I drew an FoL, I found it did. So I figured I'd try it with Wordbringer too and, yup, when you draw a wordbringer, all clerics in play gain life, even with no wordbringer in play.

You slackers should have caught this ages ago.
