Thought on Balance Forum.

Just throwing out an idea.

Instead of a the balance forum to get filled with posts, and big posts of multiple changes and such, what if there was a single thread for each card. It would require a periodic clean up to remove issues that were addressed or deemed not neccessary. On the other hand, it would be very simple to see what changes are proposed to a specific card. The regular forum could be used for posts of a more global nature, like mana-scales and game mechanics.

The problem would likely be clutter, with so many single card threads. Also, keeping cards separate helps get issues straightened out, but if a comparison or balance involves another card, then splitting them just is a hassle.
