But yeah, if you'd get more enjoyment out of 'earning' the equipment, then that's still a valid option. Ultimately it's purely aesthetic, like an avatar or signature, and different people use those in different ways.

I'm just a little annoyed that I went and earned about 12500 golds before realising...
