Yes. It happened to me once.

I ask you to hold off on judging until I have completed my gif. It should be done later today or tomorrow.

Going by the guidelines, there should be a 'quiet period' of around 3-4 days before a winner can be selected. So yeah, don't worry - you've still got quite some time. If anything, I guess we can wait for you ^^.

Currently my software does not allow me to create aforementioned gif without massive horrible compression.

I wanna see more of this thread.

In case anyone's wondering, yes this thread is still alive, we're just waiting for rpgamer to provide the next panel. I've sent him an email though I think he's probably busy. Either way, I'll wait for him for a bit longer. If anyone see him, can they please tell him he's won and needs to pick a panel for the next round? Thanks. (Though if it's too long a wait, I might have to pick a new panel for him and perhaps even judge it myself).

Okay, I don't know where rpgamer is, but what I do know is there's still interest in this. So I'll pick a panel for this round and let rpgamer choose the winner. If he doesn't come back then, I'l pick the winner myself. I personally won't be entering this round though.

There has to be at least 4 entries before the winner is chosen. If there's lots of interest, the round will be open longer. If there's not much interest and there are already 4 entries, the winner will be selected in 2 days from the date of the most recent submission.
