CMC Wiki - Mechanical Chaos

Edit: All of the mass-edit stuff in preparation for Mechanical Chaos is now complete. All new pages have getCard2s, artist credit and relevant categories, all previous Effects and Monsters have Effect and Monster categories, lots of other random stuff it done, pera pera pera...

We're probably about ready to add in stuff to the wiki now, just no referencing exact numbers/cost comparisons etc etc, as these are liable to change still even if the card concepts aren't.
