No, they're double-dizzied because they realize they just wasted the last three years of their life and they've gone into an existential crisis.

And, yeah, it is. If figured increasing its base stats might help a bit, along with the fact that it gets stronger undizzier synergies, but it's not supposed to be that good of a card.
