Honestly, I'm not even sure what I was going for when I started making phantoms.

For every two empty spaces, all locations cost less to play.

Anime Kingdom's ability makes target monster's sac mana become 0 until the end of the turn. In addition, it makes all cards cost twice their normal cost until your next draw phase (its ability can only be used on your turn). If you use this ability on your opponent's turn, all of their monsters gain -10/+20 until the end of the turn.

How is that different?

(Hidden: The rules go insane!
Either If a mono-color monster is underneath a multi-color effect, then the monster undizzies at the end of turn OR if a mono-color effect is above a multi-color monster then the effect gains hidden boss and obliteration immune
Either all ninjas gain ninjallying 4: End turn: a random effect opponent controls is destroyed and they gain its sac mana OR ninjallying 3: Ninjas have invisible attack on your turn and entrenching on your opponents turn
Either if an entity is played next to an entity it shares a color with, you lose 50 life [this include's opponent's entities and entities that are on opposite sides, meaning slot 1 and slot 5 interact] OR if an entity is played to the right of an entity with a higher total mana cost, it dizzies (if it wouldn't already), dizzy-locks, and spikes.
Either if a player controls 5 or more mono-gray entities, all of their monsters have entrenching, if a player has 5 or more mono-light entities, all of the opponent's monsters cannot defend, if a player has five or more mono-dark entities the opponent's monsters cannot attack directly, if a player has 5 or more tricolor entities then the opponent cannot play spells OR if there are more gray cards in play, all other cards may only attack the opponent directly, if there are more light cards in play then only light cards may defend, if there are more dark cards in play then a player may only be attacked directly if all monsters that player controls are being attacked directly as well
Either if a card a player controls causes them to draw more than just one card in that turn (ie, using Cherry's ability twice), that player loses 10 life per extra card OR if a player controls causes their opponent to draw more than five cards in one turn that player loses 50 life

Whenever a spell is played, a randomized haiku appears in the text box. It may relate to the spell, but is probably about flowers or animals or something.
Every three turns there is a 50% chance that the CMC secret service will remind the players to have fun, except on Tuesdays. (this unlocks no cards or avatar parts for the players)
