Really, I don't think he needs a boost though, he's allready as good as any other 12 mana beatstick. I'm changing my vote to not changing him.

Then he might as well have, Draw Phase: Gain +8/+8, with the ability to shift some of his stats over to other Dark Elves. That would make him at least as good as Elliot.

After mulling it over, I think the best course to take is to increase the ability to +15/+15. There is too much variation in what is wanted from the ability while there is a reasonable amount of support for simply boosting Meilar's current ability.
If there was a way to keep the ability free, usable only once per turn, allow it to keep Meilar from attacking and at the same time allow him to attack after using it, and all while not introducing later game mechanics or making his ability too complex, that would be the ideal solution to match the 3/4 majority who do want a change.
In sight of how bitterly difficult if not impossible this is, I suggest going the simplest route which will benefit all pro-change parties equally rather than favor some at the expense of others.

I'm against a boost but I'm more against +15/15. At +15/15 he goes from being a good combo with sentry to a 3 hit kill after one undizzier.

True, but how often will you be getting a twelve mana monster out without having dealt at least 21 damage? Either way, I'm changing my vote to fine as is, but +15/+15 is a good compromise if it comes down to that.

So you play Meilar. Next turn you use his ability, undizzy him, and then attack 3 times for a kill.
...Or, if your deck is generating 3 mana a turn (which you almost certainly are if you're playing 12 mana monsters), you could just wait that turn and instead play a fifteen mana monster, use the undizzier on that instead, and attack 3 times for a kill.
I don't think having his ability be +15/+15 would be overpowered, just better - which a 12 mana monster should be.
Although I would prefer +16/+16, as that's twice his current ability, and so keeps stats moving along the same patterns as before (at twice the speed).

If you attack after using that undizzer instead of using his ability, your opponent will have taken 255 damage instead of 200 before the finishing blow.
Your example is only better if you use 2 undizzers on the same turn he comes into play (using it any time later will fall short of the critical 300 needed).
Again, this is a compromise to a fairly strong majority who can't agree on what to change but that something needs changing. It won't fit anyone's idea of "perfect" but should fall under most pro-change peoples' impression of "acceptable".
Of course, if everyone HAS changed their mind, then the problem is solved anyway and Meilar goes unchanged.

Keep in mind that Dark Elf synergies are fairly high on undizzyers so it can be a little easier to undizzy Meilar than Khrima in the right deck.

I guess a better boost is fine. I really have no opinion on the matter as Meilar is a pretty good beatstick already. Nobody really plays him for the ability, in my opinion.
