Phase 8: Manipulators; Chapter 1: Pawns and Knights

Pawns are expendiable pieces, while Knights are a form of nobility loyal to the king. Plus the Whole chess game Hector and Wizard are playing.

By the sound of it, though know each other and ths is a normal thing, or at least it was since the whole presendent comment would imply that this is there first meeting since Hector got "promoted". More interested in there connection and the reason for the meeting. Might be related to the secret councel or they will cross later on. Doubt any of them are any of the hooded guys those. Though think Hector is the one with the connection to them.
