Phase 8: Manipulators; Chapter 1: Pawns and Knights

Crap, this is turning into one of those debates where I can easily agree with both sides...I hate those debates...
I guess the decision maker for me is when it comes to non-water or fast food, no one is forcing anyone else to partake; the level of involvement and enjoyment of the indulgence is entirely voluntary. With cigs, even safe ones, people who don't want to smoke are still forced to suffer breathing the second-hand from any nearby smokers, thus removing the voluntary aspect of the indulgence. And no, before anyone suggests it, the non-smoker moving isn't always an option, nor should it have to be.
