It would still affect my allergies and make me smell bad, so yes. A really good modern example would be people who weartoo much perfume/cologne.
Now, if they made safe cigarettes that had hypoallergenic smoke and a pleasant aroma, that'd be different.
Also, I'd consider going crazy from wearing/using the suit a serious downside.
