Here's a sortof summary. Note that I'm not Blue, so my summaries aren't filled with detailed, underlined, bolded or commented goodness.

Lowly Slime:
Change ability to 75%/75%: Everyone

Skeletal Soldier:
No change: Most people
Change ability or stats: I only really counted Noodle, maybe Blue and Mus, though I'm sure there are actually more

Prime Lumi:
Hero type: Everyone

K-Army Guy:
No change: Everyone except Noodle, I think?

Wrench System:
Hacker synergy: A lot of yeses, but still nothing specific.
Other: Nacho says total overhaul, NOLDER says mana steal with hacker, Serith wants to expose the tops of Dechs

Shining Dragon:
25% damage reduction: Noodle, Andriex, NOLDER, Nacho, Blue_Elite, me if it doesn't affect itself I guess
Other: Mus says something along the "shining" idea, bubbleman says cost, I might say cost

Norlaan (Prince):
Heal: Noodle, Andriex, NOLDER, Nacho, bubbleman
Cost: Andriex, masa, blue
Focus (ie ribbon?): Mus, me maybe

Venomic Dragon:
Poison: Noodle, blue, mus, maybe some others
Numbers: Ult, Nacho, bubble, maybe some others
Nothing: masa, Andriex, maybe some others

Magmite Soldier:
Soldier type: Everyone
Also +5 attack: Everyone that replied except NOLDER and Nacho

What does this all mean?

I'm probably going to implement the following in the next balance update (soon): Lowly Slime, Lumi(Prime), Magmite Soldier
I'm going to ask webrunner about the following: Wrench System, Shining Dragon, Norlaan (Prince), Venomic Dragon
I'm going to ignore the following unless more votes or a recount by someone more numerate than myself demands otherwise: Skeletal Soldier, K-Army Guy

Also, Blue is so gonna get fired if he keeps this up.

Huh, I thought her cybersex heartthrob was Echo.

Cost decrease might work for Shining Dragon too, but I'd consider an ability upgrade to be more interesting. I do think playing up the "Shining" rather than the "Dragon" is closer to the card's intent though.

I'm not against +5 attack on the Magmite, I'd just prefer Burn stop being crap. Also, as long as your asking web about changing cards, mind asking him about averaging DLG% and boosting sneaking? He said he'd consider them a few months ago, but he seems to have forgotten.

webrunner doesn't care either way with Melrak Chantress, so we can have that one in the next update.
Wrench System he can see getting a synergy (but not specified what yet).
The rest, ie Venomic Dragon, Shining Dragon and Norlaan: Nope (not wanting to add new abilities to cards that already have abilities). We might want to turn our attentions back to numbers for those.

Probably best you did, especially given changing Burn is more radical than the Norlaan change (much less the other two shot down).

Actually, anyone can pester ask him about these kinds of things.

I 'spose I should explain: I think it'd be awesome if Amorphous Fleshling (and/or Shadow Stalker, but mainly just Amorphous) gave their targets horror typing, as well as being able to target living stuff (Aka, not golems, robots, ships). I think it'd be a nice, synergistic ability, and it'd be fun.

I'd be fine with Shadow Stalker giving its targets horror type.

Not fine with Amorphous Fleshling being able to target anything.
