I really hope the water type doesn't evolve to be water/ice. It looks like it's going to.

Oh god not another water/ice type. Why ruin such a perfectly good water type by adding the ice type?

I agree with Andriex about both trainer designs, except the part where he says he hated the old designs. I liked the first gen designs and the HG/SS design for "gold" (which I guess is the same as the second gen design).

Also, as for first evo starters being ugly, Cyndaquil, Squirtle, Piplup, and Charmander are offended. The others, they're ugly and they know it, but it still wasn't nice.

Personally, I'm most interested in the expressions. That grass type looks so smug. The fire type is much too happy. The water type looks bored and maybe kinda sad.

And my hopes of a grass dark, fire psychic, and water fighting are pretty much completely dashed looking at these guys, but maybe a fire dark type will make me happy. Hell, maybe it'll even be good enough to justify using it despite the SR weak.

God damn do those guys look stupid. Grass looks the least stupid though, so I'll probably pick it. At least the new girl pc looks cute.

My money goes to Grass/Flying, Fire/Earth and Water/Fighter

Update : Further information has come in, with updated information about Zoroark. As previously reported on Bulbanews, Zoroark has a new method of catching. It appears that it will appear when one of the three legendary beasts from the thirteenth movie giveaways is transferred to Black and White. Additionally, it has a new ability, 「イリュージョン」 Illusion, and two new moves 「イカサマ」 Trickery and 「つめとぎ」 Claw Sharpen. Again, this is unconfirmed by official sources.

It depends on which 3 legendary beasts the 13th movie have. It could just be that it won't appear unless you get someone to trade you the 3 legendary gerbils from G/S/D.

Given that it evolves from Zorua, which wasn't mentioned, I'm guessing it's not event-only. Sounds like it could have an event-only version with an unobtainable moveset, however?

I am so getting a firepig. The grass and water ones look really stupid. So does the fire one, but at least it's kind a cute. And I've never started with a fire type before, I don't think.

I think they mean the Legendary Beast from the event. Shiny Suicuine, Entai, and Raikou.

Also, maybe that's what they mean... I think it'd be weird to have an Event Only Pokemon that isn't a Legendary.

Guys, the world has officially ended. As of yesterday, I finally got a shiney pokemon. A Ryhorn, in fact, that I'd been breeding. It's only taken 1500 hours or something to get a shiney other than the Xatu stuck on Gold! Hurray!

The statement baffled me too. I almost always start with fire types (partially as there seems to be less of them in the world). I would occasionally mix it up with a grass type, but I NEVER chose water. Probably because there's a shitload of water types. Even though the water types are generally pretty cool when they're evolved.

My first Water Starter was Piplup. I hated Chimchar at the time, and Turtwig was dumb too.

This time around... I guess I'll take the Grass Starter. Last time I did that I had 30mews on my Blue version. :emo:
